Kunak expands gas monitoring range to meet industrial emission challenges

Kunak Technologies has expanded its gas sensor portfolio, adding methane, (CH4), oxygen (O₂), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), hydrogen fluoride (HF), non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) and dual chlorine/ chlorine dioxide (Cl₂/ClO₂) cartridges. The upgrade offers one of the most complete multi-gas monitoring ranges on the market, tailored for complex industrial environments and fugitive emission control.

Broader capabilities for complex emissions

Industrial plants face a growing need to monitor a wider range of gaseous pollutants. Beyond regulated compounds, new gases linked to safety and process efficiency are now in focus. Meeting this demand, Kunak Technologies has expanded its current portfolio of gas cartridges to include CH4, O2, HCN, HF, NMHC, and Cl2/ClO2.

In line with this expansion, the Kunak AIR solution now provides an extended set of measurement parameters that cover gases, particles and meteorological variables essential for industrial emission analysis and air quality assessment: 

  • Gases: CO, CO2, NO, NO2, O2, O3, SO2, H2S, NH3, VOC, CH4, HCl, HCN, HF and Cl2/CLO2
  • Particles: PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM10, TSP and TPC
  • Ultrafine particles
  • Temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure and dew point

This extension enhances Kunak’s position as a leading developer of modular and high-precision air monitoring systems. These new cartridges use the same patented Smart Cartridge system, offering plug-and-play adaptability for a wide range of industrial applications.
