Range of pumps for high precision applications introduced

Premier Control Technologies Ltd (PCT) recently launched the Longer Pump Series. This has been   designed with highly configurable options for high-precision applications in science and research, whilst keeping these pumps user-friendly and cost effective for OEMs.

Longer Pumps are part of the Halma Group and remain focused on offering innovative and high quality solutions and value for money. This new range includes peristaltic, syringe, micro-piston and micro-gear models. The flow rate capability spans from 0.001 microlitres to 35 litres/minute.  Pressure capability is defined more often than not, by the choice of tubing, however these piston pumps are rated to 6.8 bar and the micro-gear pumps are rated to 14 bar.

This versatile range will be useful for a wide variety of applications in sectors such as emissions monitoring, chemical, water treatment, analytical instrumentation, biotechnology and pharmaceutical, food and brewing, chemical and electronics manufacturing. Longer Pumps are already to be found in CEMS, laboratory fluid transfer, biopharma filtration, filling and dosing, analysers, dialysis machines,  IVD machines to name just a few examples.
