Air quality monitoring
The Catalytic Stripper from Catalytic Instruments is designed to remove the semi-volatile fraction of aerosols, ensuring accurate measurements of solid particle number (SPN). It plays a vital role in exhaust analysis for diesel, locomotive, and gas turbine engines and is fully compliant with Euro 5/6/7 and PMP testing protocols. For Euro 7 it is a legal requirement. Thanks to its high oxidation efficiency—greater than 99%—and minimal loss of solid particles, the CS delivers regulation-ready, artifact-free data, making it indispensable for both compliance and research environments.
