Loccioni (Italy) Environment offers the complete, case-specific design, manufacturing and installation of Steam-Water Sampling and Analysis Systems for chemi-physical analysis of fluids.

The engineering includes thermal calculations, mechanical design, instrument choice and integration, all of them carried out internally to properly customise the solution: in this way accurate and reliable on-line measures are given, and also manual sampling is possible for laboratory analysis.

The most important components (pressure control valve, heat exchanger) are designed and dimensioned according to the particular specifications.

For example Loccioni SWSAS can be installed in energy combustion plants (thermoelectric, combined-cycle, co-generation, biomass), incineration plants and generally everywhere there is a thermal process involving a fluid.

These systems ensure a great quality of water and steam in thermal processes, preventing corrosion, slag production and deposits, so that maintenance rate and components replacement can actually be reduced.
