Reliable Turnkey Gas Emission Monitoring System

Loccioni’s (Italy) GCS (GIGAS CEM SYSTEM) is the turnkey system for gas emission monitoring and process control: it is a rugged and modular system, to be easily integrated in any supervisor level of an industrial plant.

GCS includes the reliable and accurate GIGAS 10M FT-IR analyser, a pneumatic chain for gas sampling and conditioning, components for a complete automation and a built-in industrial PC with touch screen to control the whole system. This is made possible by Loccioni’s GasCalc software, the complete and integrated solution for the management of the measuring system.

GCS performances have been tested and approved by TÜV Rheinland, in compliance with current European standard EN 15267 and old standards EN 14181 and EN 14956: the official test report contains any detail about laboratory and field tests.

The GCS offers dynamic real-time alignment of the interferometer optics to be stable against vibrations, spectral shift and thermal or mechanical shocks. The unit’s modular layout means that various accessories can be coupled with the same interferometer bench module to satisfy all client specifications. GCS also offers a large spectral library, combined with spectroscopic competences, to identify and quantify over 300 chemical compounds. A multipath optical cell with proper coating and over-coating to be resistant to the harshest environmental and process conditions makes the GCS reliable, even in the worst possible conditions. This instrument is easy to start up, operate and service on-site. Moreover the GCS includes reliable, user-friendly software which can be configured according to specific needs.
