Palm Sized Electronic Gas Mixers and Splitters

The compact palm sized electronic gas controllers from Axetris (Switzerland) are now available in three different configurations: Mixer, Splitter, and Direct flow connections. Up to four channels are supported.

All systems are based on MEMS based electronic mass flow controllers from Axetris. This allows electronic control of the individual gas flows, with very high precision and speed. The flows are virtually independent from pressure and temperature variations. This is a clear advantage compared to mechanical, orifice based systems.

Typical OEM applications are: Thermal Analysis, Bioreactor control, CO2 Laser gas control, Gas Chromatography, Plasma treating and Gas Calibrators.

The systems are available for N2, Air, O2 Ar, CO2, He, H2 and full scale flow ranges from 10 sccm up to 3 slm. 

Does your product range require flexibility in the number of gas channels? The systems can also be ordered with two or three channels.

All products are available with RS-232, RS-485 or analogue interface and can be electronically configured.

The systems are available for qualified OEM customers.
