Open, efficient and easy to Implement: that's Axetris’ EtherCAT – one of the most popular industrial Ethernet interfaces available today. Now, operators can enjoy the performance advantages of Axetris mass flow controllers combined with the advantages that EtherCAT offers.

These ultra compact mass flow controllers are built around Axetris’, proprietary Platinum MEMS technology (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems). They offer a rapid setting time of <150 ms a high dynamic range of >1000:1 and excellent long term stability within a rigid and stable design.

It is recommended for standalone applications and system integration in industrial, analytical and medial applications where the MFCs need to be integrated into Ethernet-based networks with an EtherCAT communication interface.
