Increase efficiency of the biological treatment of your wastewater treatment plant and decrease the amount of oxygen consumption. The installation of the new controller system 282/284, a D.O. and a NH4 sensor make this happen. Further, costs-of-ownership will be reduced, as the optical D.O. sensor FDO® 700 IQ is calibration free and the NH4 ISE sensor VARiON® 700 IQ is low in maintenance.

With the combination of D.O. and NH4 measurement, the control strategy can be improved from time-based to dynamic control. This means that the consumption of oxygen will always be enough – and stopped as soon as ammonia is below a certain level.

Both parameters, including potassium (K) for compensation and temperature (2nd parameter of D.O. sensor) can be displayed on the same controller (System 282). In case of the four-channel version (System 284), even up to four sensors can be connected. All controllers are equipped with USB interface and internal data logger. Hence, your valuable data and system configurations can be saved easily and software updates can be done fast and free of charge.
