Halma Water Management took part in a water industry product and service
forum in Beijing, China. There were over 100 attendees, including industry specialists and representatives from water utilities, sewage and wastewater treatment companies, environmental interest organisations, municipal design institutes and university research departments. The event was co-hosted by HWM, Palintest and Berson UV, with additional input from Beijing Allied Power Ltd., HWM’s current
local distribution partner in China.
The forum took the form of a seminar-based conference, focusing on
technology and products for use in the water industry. Sectors addressed included water management, leak detection, water quality testing and water treatment. Experts from BeijingWater Group and Shanghai Jinshan Environmental Protection Bureau also presented on the introduction of HWMequipment to the water supply network, and the use of Palintest products for environmental emergency monitoring operations.
