Enviro Technology is showcasing ‘electronic nose’ technology for waste odour monitoring and the Opsis CEMS systems on stand 28.

Odour pollution is a serious concern for the UK’s biological waste treatment industry as it continues on a path of substantial growth. The RQ Box electronic nose enables better monitoring and management of the odours that are a natural by-product of this industry. Providing scientifically-sound measurement on a 24/7 basis, the technology can underpin strategies to ensure odours are kept at an acceptable level.

Specialists from ET are also on hand to discuss Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and can offer expert advice on meeting the requirements of complex legislation facing some waste and biomass plants.
