In many industrial applications, extractive gas analysis is used to monitor gaseous emissions or process parameters. A partial gas flow is extracted from the process and prepared before reaching the analyser. This preparation step is essential because contaminants such as particles and moisture can damage sensitive measuring cells or distort measurement results. Effective gas conditioning therefore plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate analysis and protecting analytical equipment.
Building on decades of experience in customised gas conditioning solutions, Bühler Technologies now offers ready-to-connect conditioning stages that combine all relevant components in a single system. These solutions follow a plug-and-play concept, allowing users to integrate them quickly into existing monitoring setups.
The systems are available in two main configurations: the SCS series, designed as compact 19-inch rack modules, and the MSCP series, which features an open plate design. Both configurations include the complete gas path with essential components such as filters, sample gas pumps, gas coolers, and monitoring or control connections. All units are pre-wired and tested, ensuring straightforward installation and operation. Despite their compact design, the components remain easily accessible for maintenance.
For applications that must comply with strict emission regulations - such as combustion plants governed by European directives - Bühler Technologies also offers cabinet-mounted systems. These solutions meet relevant standards and protection requirements, enabling reliable emission monitoring in accordance with established EU guidelines.
