In 2023, Sensorix GmbH, the German manufacturer and supplier of electrochemical gas sensors, obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for its quality management system (QMS) after successfully passing all stages of evaluation. This is a significant achievement, as Sensorix's sensors and production processes have achieved globally recognised quality certification.

Founded in 2019 as an independent gas sensor manufacturer, Sensorix specialises exclusively in manufacturing high-quality electrochemical sensors for the ultra-reliable detection of both standard and exotic toxic gases.

"Since Sensorix sensors are designed to detect hazardous gases and to be used in gas detection systems, which ensure workplace safety and protect the lives and health of workers in various industries, the quality of the gas sensors is a high priority," says Dr Andreas König, General Manager. That is why the company's mission is to save lives worldwide.

In the few years since its foundation, Sensorix has established itself as a reliable partner and employer in the gas sensor and detection market thanks to the decades of experience of its employees and has also built up the trust of its customers. "Achieving ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification confirms that our quality-related processes fulfil the high requirements of the internationally recognised standard and thus those of our customers," says Dr Andreas König.
