New Portable FTIR Analyser on Display at Achema

Gas analyser manufacturer Gasmet Technologies Oy (Finland), has announced its participation in the Achema 2012 exhibition (Frankfurt, 18 – 22 June). The latest gas monitoring technology will be on display at stand C49 in hall 11.1 (Instrumentation, Control and Automation Techniques) including the new Gasmet DX 4040 – a unique portable FTIR analyser that enables the measurement of almost any gas or vapour.

Gasmet staff will be present at the show in addition to the company’s German distributor Ansyco GmbH, who will be available to provide help and advice on gas detection in a wide variety of industrial and environmental applications including continuous emissions monitoring (power plants, waste incinerators, cement kilns etc.) stack testing / comparison measurements, process control, industrial hygiene, indoor air quality, research, engine exhaust gas, semiconductor manufacturing, emergency / first response measurement (HAZMAT), greenhouse gas monitoring, carbon capture, fire testing etc.

Visitors to the Gasmet stand will be able to view live demonstrations of the new DX4040 portable multiparameter gas analyser in addition to transportable and continuous analysers.
