Shimadzu is celebrating 70 years of gas chromatography innovation with the launch of the Nexis GC-2060, its new flagship GC system designed to deliver faster, easier and more efficient analysis.

Built for laboratories across pharmaceuticals, energy, food, chemicals and environmental testing, the Nexis GC-2060 combines high sensitivity with user-friendly operation. Enhanced detectors provide outstanding performance for trace analysis, while fast startup and shutdown support energy-efficient, reliable workflows.

The system also introduces new features to simplify day-to-day work. A Multi Mode Injection Port offers five injection modes in a single unit, helping one instrument handle a wide range of applications. Rapid heating and cooling, intuitive maintenance support and workflow functions for both routine and on-demand analysis help reduce downtime and boost productivity.
