Two-day environmental testing event: from microplastics to PFAS

Shimadzu UK is inviting environmental professionals, researchers and analysts to its two-day event, From Microplastics to PFAS: Analytical Solutions for Environmental Testing, taking place on 18–19 November 2026 at the Shimadzu UK Centre of Excellence, Milton Keynes, MK12 5RE.

The free event will showcase the latest advances in environmental analysis, with networking lunch included. Day One will focus on microplastics and broader environmental analysis, while Day Two will spotlight PFAS-focused applications. Attendees will hear from industry leaders and experts on topics including PFAS testing with SFC-MS/MS, microplastic characterisation using combined Raman and FTIR microscopy, pyrolysis-GC/MS for microplastics, and pesticide screening.
