The products of Metrohm are “Swiss made” and meet highest quality standards. Furthermore, our competent support and fast service assists you since decades!
Surveys confirm the satisfaction of our customers and underline our addiction to quality. We trust in the reliability of our products and therefore give a three year extended warranty on all Metrohm devices.
The only condition is that service and maintenance is carried out by the authorised service department of your local Metrohm distributor with original Metrohm parts. This warranty applies to all Metrohm devices, which were delivered on 1 January 2007 or later by Metrohm
Switzerland.
For the Metrohm Suppressor module «MSM II», that is used for ion chromatography, we give a ten year extended warranty since years. Of course this established warranty still applies. Place your confidence in us!
