LSI-Lastem and EvK2CNR committee are the chief protagonists of climatic and glaciological research promoted by Milan University for monitoring of following glaciers:
• Venerocolo glacier - altitude 2700 metres on north face of Adamello – for the measurement of the main parameters on glacier surface
(temperature, pressure, humidity, rain falls, wind direction and intensity, radiation);
• Eastern Dosdè glacier - altitude 2740 metres Alta Valtellina – highest Lombardy altitude on glacier;
• Gigante glacier – altitude 3.500 metres near Punta Helbronner on Mont Blanc.
