Moreover, the instrument supports 4-20 mA / 1-10V analog signal input, enabling it to capture and record data from third-party analyzers. All collected data, including temperature, pressure, and gas concentrations, are stored in the sampling report and can be exported via Bluetooth or USB in TXT or CSV format for further analysis.

Reliable Sampling, Even in Challenging Conditions

Apis Plus ensures isokinetic sampling in full compliance with EN ISO 16911-1, thanks to its high-precision electronic flow regulation system. It compensates for any pressure losses due to filter clogging and maintains stable sampling flow—crucial when dealing with variable stack velocities or demanding conditions.

It features a reinforced shockproof metal frame, easy-to-replace dust filter, and condensate collection system, making it suitable for rugged industrial environments. The system’s pneumatic circuit operates under slight overpressure, with a vacuum-tight pump and a volumetric dry-gas meter offering less than 2% uncertainty. Integrated temperature sensors provide additional precision, with less than 1% measurement uncertainty.

User-Friendly Interface and Data Management

The 10-inch touchscreen display offers intuitive access to settings, measurement results, and configurations. Operators can define sampling intervals (from 10 to 300 seconds), manage sample IDs, store configurations for various chimneys or ducts, and even perform sensor calibration using integrated software.

In the event of a power failure, the buffer battery prevents data loss, while Bluetooth and USB options allow for instant data sharing, analysis, or certification.
