Air monitoring
As environmental regulations become more stringent, industries must adopt reliable tools to monitor and control gas emissions. Designed to work in tandem with analyzers like THYRIS, Artik Air prepares the gas sample to ensure accurate readings and protect sensitive analyzer components. Its innovation lies in its dual-stage cooling system, which combines:
1. Pre-condensation via compressor cooling,
2. Final cooling using Peltier cells.
This structure stabilizes the sample gas and minimizes the loss of volatile components such as SO₂ by reducing contact time between the gas and condensate through a borosilicate heat exchanger.
Additional technical highlights include:
• A corrosion-resistant membrane pump capable of delivering high pressure and flow rates, automatically controlled by a built-in temperature sensor.
• External thermocouple compatibility, enabling precise measurement of gas outlet temperature in compliance with UNI EN 15058 (< 4°C).
• A peristaltic pump for continuous automatic condensate removal, allowing for easy sample collection for further lab analysis.
• Compact, ergonomic design that ensures portability and high cooling performance—even under extreme conditions of gas temperature and humidity.
When used together, THYRIS and Artik Air offer a complete, field-deployable solution for emission monitoring. THYRIS delivers reliable multi-gas measurements, while Artik Air ensures the gas sample remains stable and uncontaminated during transport to the analyzer.
