The compact one-and two-channel chemiluminescence based NOX analysers of Eco Physics’ nCLD range of "Facelift" box-solution analysers detect NO, NO2 and NOX at concentrations ranging from 5 ppm to 5000 ppm with minimal detection limits averaging from 0.4 ppb to 0.5 ppm. These analysers focus on two main application areas, ambient air (AL, <50ppm) and emission/process (EL <500 ppm; EL S < 5,000 ppm) monitoring.

The one channel nCLD AL, EL and EL S feature an external pump, while the two-channel nCLD AL2 and EL2 include an internal pump. The nCLD "Facelift" boxed solutions consist of five, fixed and preconfigured analysers. The nCLD AL (ambient level) and EL S/EL include a standard NO/NOX measurement, with an optional NO2 add-on, while AL2 and EL2 include, due to the two-channel set-up, a standard NO2 detection. The slightly modified front panel has been equipped with an additional power-button and a new internal PC. Additionally, all nCLD-models are capable of a remote power down/up and include a failsafe feature.

The two-channel chemiluminescence-based NOXanalysers from the nCLD 800 "Facelift" series detect NO, NO2 , NOX , NOY , NH3 , NOX -Amines and O3 at concentrations ranging from 5ppm to 5000ppm with minimal detection limits averaging from 0.05ppb to 0.5ppm. To ensure accordance with the sample conditions, the nCLD 800 Series is modularly designed, thus providing tailor-made solutions. For instance, a dual sample inlet, two parallel gas flow streams with heated sample lines, two reaction chambers with specialised metal converters, an internal pump and pressure regulation, are only a few possible adaptations. Furthermore, the nCLD 822 CMhr with its catalytic converter allows a specific assessment of the ammonia slip in SCR systems. Additionally, are all nCLD-models capable of a remote power down/up including a fail-safe feature.
