The area velocity flow specialist company, NIVUS (Germany), have been awarded MCERTS Class 2 Certification for their NivuFlow NF750 transmitter in conjunction with their POA Wedge sensor. Field trials which form a part of the testing process were conducted at WWTP of Eppingen, Germany. The NivuFlow NF750 will be available for viewing at WWEM 2016 on stands 124 and 125

The NivuFlow 750 including the Correlation Sensor is intended to be used for continuous flow measurement in slight to heavy polluted media with various compositions. The flowmeter can be operated in partly filled and full channels and pipes with various shapes and dimensions.

There’s also a type of the transmitter capable of simultaneously measuring up to three different measurement places with 9 flow velocity sensors in total. This means less installation expenses, low space requirements for installation in control cabinets.
