MAXX’s SP5Ex is a fixed site water sampler with optional thermostatic protection built in for the upper and sampling compartments. The sampler, certified to ATEX Zone 1, is housed in double walled stainless steel with 40 mm insulation and separate sample and control compartments, each with lockable doors. The unit’s protective top can be opened to facilitate connection and maintenance. The SP5Ex offers a range of programming options to cater for a wide variety of scenarios, so users can choose from 12 freely, programmable user programs – with a function to link programs. The sampler uses a vacuum system, 20 – 350 ml sampling method, with an optional bypass system of 20 – 250 ml. An explosion proof, 230 V diaphragm pump, operating at a 6m vacuum and 1 bar of pressure with explosion proof solenoid valves, ensures a reliable and sample is achieved.
