Pressure transmitters for hydrogen applications offer both longevity and exceptional accuracy
Mar 27 2024
KELLER’s 23SY-H2 series of pressure transmitters, along with the intrinsically safe ATEX-approved versions in the 23SY-Ei-H2 range, offer long service life as well as excellent accuracy for hydrogen applications.
The transmitters are made from stainless-steel with a high level of nickel content to reduce its embrittlement properties significantly; these transmitters are compensated throughout the entire temperature range resulting in outstanding long-term stability. KELLER also included a gold-plated diaphragm to keep hydrogen diffusion levels at a minimum.
The versatile 23SY-H2 and 23SY-Ei-H2 pressure transmitters can be used in a wide variety of fields, such as hydrogen generation and production, transportation, monitoring hydrogen refuelling stations and for hydrogen containment and storage.
The KELLER 23SY-H2 series offers a variety of accuracy classes to suit the different fields of application. The 23SY-H2 series has a fully welded design, which prevents hydrogen leakages, as well as metallically sealed process connections. KELLER has designed these sensors for excellent long-term stability and longevity and ensured that no elastomers come into contact with the measuring medium.
