Coinciding with its 25th anniversary celebrations, Hydro-Logic is delighted to announce the opening of a new office in the Sheffield area, as a direct result of continued expansion of its consultancy services in the region. The new office will serve customers in the North and East of England and is managed by Associate Director, Rob Burton.

Rob is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager who has worked for eight years at Hydro-Logic’s Reading office, where he managed the hydrometric services team in the South East Region. As one of Hydro-Logic’s open-channel flow measurement specialists Rob will continue to lead the consent compliance (MCERTS) team across the UK, in addition to running the new regional office.

Hydro-Logic, is widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading specialists in the monitoring and management of water resources and waste water systems.

In-house monitoring specialist and senior MCERTS inspector, Alec Willis, recently presented a well-received MCERTS seminar at WWEM, entitled "A practical guide to reducing common errors in open channel flow measurement - examples from the front line".

With four inspectors throughout the UK, and having already certified over 900 sites, Hydro-Logic offers unrivalled expertise in MCERTS accreditation and has developed training courses to help both managers and operators improve certification rates.
