To pinpoint the leak precisely, the Sewerin TS 200 carrying rod is used along with a ground microphone: the BM 200 for paved surfaces, or the BM 230 for unpaved surfaces, on the area highlighted during the preliminary detection phase. The SeCorrPhon AC 200 transmits acoustic signals and displays their intensity as a graph on the instrument’s screen, thereby pinpointing the leak with sufficient precision to enable the operator to excavate with confidence.

The piezo microphone offer superb acoustic features, they will accurately detect even the tiniest of leaks, or leaks in pipelines located in a noisy environments. At the mere touch of a button, this device will utilise filters tailored to the current noises and automatically select the requisite frequency ranges.
