The Environmental Permitting Charging Scheme 2013, and accompanying guidance, detail the charges to be levied by the Environment Agency in carrying out their duties for regulating facilities and installations under the Environmental Permitting Regulations.

The charging scheme and guidance cover the following EP Installations; EP Waste; EP Water quality; Radioactive substance regulation; Mining wasteMobile plantGroundwater (land spreading); Registrations and other EP miscellaneous charges.
