Sediment measurement roadshow hits UK this summer

Aquatec have announced the launch of the 2018 Sediment? Solved Roadshow, a series of lunch and learn events across the UK during June and July.

With a wide variety of measurement methods available, selecting the most suitable instrumentation for observing and collecting suspended, deposited and bedload sediment can be a challenge. The Sediment? Solved roadshow features talks on the benefits and limitations of different techniques, including optical and acoustic suspended sediment measurement, grabs and corers, and options for collecting water samples.

The roadshow starts in Aberdeen on 6th June, includes events in London, Hull and Southampton, before finishing in Liverpool on 10th July.

The events are free to attend and include networking and lunch, as well as talks on sediment instrumentation, observation techniques and collection methods. Places are limited and pre-booking is essential.
