Aquamatic showcasing MCERTS Sampler range at WWEM

Looking forward again to attending the excellent WWEM Exhibition and being a key sponsor at its new location at the NEC in Birmingham, Aquamatic will be showing its robust and reliable automatic wastewater samplers and demonstrating the extensive features available across the Aquacell Sampler range on stand F9.

In addition, at WWEM 2024 Aquamatic will be showcasing its brand-new website; in a world where we expect information at our fingertips, Aquamatic has been working hard to provide its customers, distributors and resellers with a higher level of instantaneous online product interaction, in addition to improved product service and support information.

Karl Dower, the recently appointed Service Manager at Aquamatic commented, ‘Our products are used around the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it is for this reason we have invested so heavily in our new website, we can now provide instant product information and support documentation to all of those who need it. Once logged in our network of authorised distributors will have instant access to a rich library of documentation which will assist them in selling and supporting their Aquamatic products anytime of the day and anywhere in the world’

Jeremy Smith, Aquamatic MD, added, ‘Karl has been an excellent addition to the Aquamatic management team in 2024. Our service department has enjoyed significant growth over the years, maintenance contracts have become a prerequisite for many Customers, along with the ever expanding number of samplers in the field which need to be promptly and professionally supported when required, Karl is now managing all this along with bringing new ideas and improvements within the department. He is already connecting with customers and distributors to introduce himself and listen to their thoughts on how we might further enhance the service/maintenance support we provide them. The timing of Karl's appointment has also worked very well with the development of our new website; he has been able to contribute towards the Service and Maintenance aspects within the site, which will all form part of us providing great product support and service to our customers.’
