ADA LLC Acquires Condor Solutions Inc.

Huntsville, AL (November 2, 2007) ADS LLC (ADS) announced today the acquisition of Condor Solutions Inc., (Condor Solutions) a research and development company headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama.

“The acquisition of Condor Solutions is further evidence of our commitment to technological advancements. Condor Solutions brings additional strength and experience to our current and future research and development endeavors,” states Karl Boone, President and CEO of ADS LLC. “We’re proud of our capacity to respond to customer requests for product innovations.”

ADS introduced five new products in 2007 and was named one of the 2007 Top 200 Environmental Firms by Engineering News Record. Condor Solutions has engineering depth that will enable the ADS Research and Development Team to continue to serve customers and partners with ongoing product development and technological advancements.
