MRU’s  Varioluxx gas analyser has been specifically designed for stand-alone, long-time measurements. This instrument also comes with all modern real time data transfer to PC or smart device through Wi-Fi, or Ethernet, RS485, USB and 4-20mA analogue outputs.

The Varioluxx is housed in a robust aluminium casing which features rubber corner impact-protection. This instrument utilises a Linux operating system and a high contrast 7", 840 x 480 graphic display and an intuitive touch and swipe panel. Automatic measurements with data logging are an option, with graphical measurement visualisation and csv or pdf emission reporting, thanks to MRU’s dynamic 4Win PC-software.

Along with the recently enhanced heated gas sampling probe which features quick and easy exchangeable filter cartridges, the Varioluxx includes a heated sampling line and integrated, efficient Peltier gas cooler with an automatic condensate draining pump, a flow rate regulated sampling pump with internal sample flow measurement, on-display alarm and a 3-way valve for automatic zeroing.  These quality components ensure precise gas measurements, even for long-term flue gas sampling.

This analyser operates to 6 electrochemical cells and a 3-gas infrared bench, the Varioluxx can carry out up to 9-gas analysis of O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S, H2, CO2, HC (as CH4 or C3H8), as well as volumetric and mass emission calculation of mg/Nm3 and g/Nm3 with O2 referencing. This instrument also includes flue gas temperature and flow velocity measurements by integrated differential pressure sensor and Pitot or Darcy tube in its catalogue of capabilities.
