Newly transparent caps for compact (7-series) sensors enhance control in gas-sensing applications

MEMBRAPOR has recently developed a new design of gas caps for the Series 3 and the more contemporary Series 7 compact gas sensors, having received numerous inquiries for such a product from their customers, thereby facilitating a more controlled operation.

3 new caps were designed, two of which were specifically for the Membrapor range of gas sensors. GasCAp/C is an accessory kit for use in a sensor with a 7 pin layout for use in conventional gas sensing applications. The GasCap/C_AFE is for use with compact gas sensors with an analogue front end (AFE) attached, which holds together the sensor and electronic components forming a fixed unit. GasCap/C_Transmitter is for use with compact gas sensors mounted on a 4-20 mA transmitter board.

Membrapor will be releasing the GasCapKit/S, for use with slim and standard sensors shortly.
