MEMBRAPOR has introduced a new sensor for ethylene oxide (ETO), the ETO/CA-10 that exhibits a significantly reduced cross-sensitivity to carbon monoxide. This new sensor enables selective measurements of ETO concentrations in applications where small amounts of carbon monoxide (CO) are present, e.g. due to vehicle traffic. Ethylene oxide gas is widely used as a sterilisation agent for a variety of applications.
