To further assist and protect medical staff and patients in the ongoing fight against COVID-19, GDS Technologies Ltd have manufactured a modified version of their GDS10+ oxygen monitor. The GDS10+ Oxymed has been specifically designed to monitor oxygen levels in the vicinity of assisted breathing apparatus, typically requiring oxygen cylinders or dedicated oxygen supply lines. The Oxymed has a fixed O2 enrichment setting at 22%, and a built-in mains lead with plug, offering immediate operation (a qualified electrician is not required for installation).

The monitor is a single stage alarm, with one relay, also featuring a 4~20mA analogue output, digital display, sounder, with auto-reset and alarm LED.

The compact style of the GDS10+ Oxymed enables the monitor to be used as a fixed or a transportable device, boasting further benefits for a simple and quick installation within an urgent medical setting, via the supplied 2-metre mains lead.
