Gas analyser

The ZSS-6 Dual Beam Laser Analyser, developed in Japan by Fuji Electric, is their first dual component analyser to measure both CO and O? within one unit simultaneously.
The analyser uses a near-infrared semiconductor laser coupled with a photo-diode detector. Each measured gas component has its own absorption wavelength which consists of multiple absorption waves. Due to the composition of these wavelengths, accurate measurements can be made with minimal interference from other gases.
The advantages of having a dual analyser that can measure both CO and O? in-situ as opposed to alternative extractive systems are self-evident. Many of the costs involved with running extractive analysers are greatly reduced (such as reduced installation and maintenance costs).
The other, and more important advantage, of the new Fuji analyser is that it has an ultra high-speed response time (up to 8 minutes faster than extractive systems). Other advantages are: reduced installation time and costs (unit installed directly to duct); no gas sampling components are required; suitable for high temperature and high dust conditions; it is designed for long term durability with low maintenance costs. It is environmentally friendly with a power consumption of 80VA or lower when 100V AC.
For CO/O2 applications that require long-life, high functionality and more, the new Fuji dual analyser is your best option.
