Sensortechnics (Germany) introduces the new OLP series of miniature optical liquid level switches. These very cost-effective point level sensors measure the presence or absence of liquid in a wide range of OEM applications.

The optical OLP switches use solid state technology with no moving parts for highly accurate and reliable measurements. The product range offers basic devices with analog signals, switches with microprocessor compatible digital outputs, or high power transistor output versions capable of switching currents up to 500 mA. The sensors provide excellent media compatibility with their miniature plastic polysulphone housings. Additionally, Sensortechnics can easily modify or customise these products to fit special customers requirements.

Important features of the new OLP series are:

Optical point liquid level detection, Solid state technology with no moving parts, Analog, digital or transistor outputs for up to 500 mA, Excellent media compatibility

The new OLP point level sensors are suitable for a wide range of OEM applications
such as medical equipment, HVAC, compressors, hydraulic reservoirs, machine
tools and leak detection as well as food, beverage and pharmaceutical processing.
