Air sensors
Rapid growth in atmospheric moisture, battery and semiconductor production moisture measurement has increased demand for measurement validation. At Sensor and Test 2026, Qrometric Ltd., a leading provider of precision calibration and measurement instruments, will be showcasing a unique combination of spectroscopic moisture analysis and live calibration.
The Shinyei DewTracer is an award-winning Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopic (CRDS) moisture analyser developed in conjunction with the Japanese Institute of Advanced Technology (AIST). Used in critical moisture applications such as battery production, semiconductor manufacturing, specialty gases and drying systems, the DewTracer provides high precision and rapid response in very dry conditions (-100 to -50 dew-frost point, 0.01 to 50 PPMv) thanks to a unique compact cavity – mini CRDS.
FPG is a portable moisture calibrator that needs no external supplies such as compressed air or water. FPG is suitable for use in the laboratory, workshop or on-site for direct calibration of moisture analysers, dew point sensors, chilled mirror hygrometers and any water vapour instruments within the range of -100 to +10 °C frost/dew point (0.01 to 12000 PPMv).
At Sensor and Test 2026 these innovative new products will be running live test and calibration profiles to demonstrate the capabilities of both innovations including comparison to traditional technologies such as dew point sensors and chilled mirrors. Qrometric will also participate in the Sensor and Test Lecture forum ‘Innovative Calibration’ with the theme ‘Moisture-Humidity calibration for drying systems’.
