Libra Plus™ Series Personal Air Sampler Pumps

This Personal Air Sampler consists of a pump contained in a high impact RFI/EMI shielded case, exclusive electronic circuit board (patent pending) for constant flow control, an LCD display with 2 lines of 16 characters, a single diaphragm pump mechanism and a rechargeable nickel metal hydride battery pack.

The purpose of the Libra Plus air sampling pump is to draw air contaminants in through a sampling media such as 25 and 37mm filter cassettes, bubble impingers, long-duration color detector tubes; to gauge personnel exposure to gases, vapors, particulates, aerosols, etc. No tools are required to operate this pump and keys lock to prevent it from being turned off. The main display allows quick selection to RUN (for sampling) or MENU (to reset pumps data).

Other features of the Libra Plus include elapsed time, flow rate and accumulated volume. The built in timer count down the sampling time and automatically turn off the pump. All data is saved and cleared for next sample under the MENU “Clear All Data” option.

Each have built-in turn off timers and utilise high-powered Nickel Metal Hydride battery packs. Advanced circuitry allows for longer sampling times on a single charge of the batteries. In the case of the LP-5 pump, it runs 20+ hours at 2 LPM with a 37mm 0.8 micron MCE filter cassette. Improved version of the Libra Plus LP-5 has higher back pressure capability, up to 50"of w.c at 2 LPM. They are the quietest pumps on the market by far.

The BUCK Elite™ is a data logging, programmable personal air sampler that consists of a pump contained in a high impact steel fiber filled Lexan.

Its PC link capability lets you download the sampling data into a PC using the RS232COM port, Windows HyperTerminal and a Buck PC link cable. The built in duration timer counts down the sampling time up to 40 hours and automatically turns the pump off. Available in both 120V and 130V.

Buck Elite-5 Pump is capable of Data logging and can be programmed for multiple Start/Stop runs with capability of up to ten different ON/OFF durations.
