The Gasmet DX-4000 range of portable FTIR gas analysers has become extremely popular with stack testers for mobile emissions monitoring, particularly since the award of MCERTS certification. With its multicomponent analytical capability and speed of response, perhaps the only serious limitation of FTIR has been its inability to measure oxygen. This limitation has now been overcome by the addition of a Zirconia cell to the Gasmet Portable Sampling System. This TuV approved sensor detects Oxygen to 0.1%vol and is fully integrated with the FTIR.
