With this new sensor Nitrate can be detected cost-efficiently and without needing any wear parts! Expensive and time-consuming sample preparation as well as the use of chemicals are not necessary due to the optical measurement method of the sensor, thereby reducing operating costs are to a minimum.

WTW’s (Germany) unique ultrasonic cleaning system is located completely inside the sensor and works without any moving parts. The sealed housing (no axis, no seal replacement) excludes the risk of moisture ingress. Thereby the ultrasonic cleaning is working efficiently and maintenance-free over the whole lifetime of the sensor.

An extreme durability, even in corrosive media, is ensured by the high tech materials Titanium and PEEK.

The new sensor can be integrated directly into existing or new IQ Sensor Net systems, with the following advantages: flexibility, modularity, security and a simple parameter extension.

Your advantages at a glance: Maintenance-free WTW ultrasonic cleaning system, No wear parts, No seal replacement, No corrosion, Optical method - no chemicals, and Measurement directly in the medium.
