The new on-line System 181 is a digital alternative to analogue single-point measurement systems. It uses WTW's proven IQ sensors, now available with fixed cable connections.

Features include : One digital IQ sensor with fixed cable connection, cable length 10 m, For either pH/ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity or turbidity, with temperature as a secondary parameter, Calibration-free optical D.O. sensor, Turbidity sensor with ultrasonic cleaning, and Integrated wide-range power supply unit (110–240 VAC), or 24 V version, With 2 analogue outputs and 3 relays.

Besides typical applications, e.g. in the inlet (pH), the biological cleaning (dissolved oxygen) or the effluent (turbidity) of a waste water treatment plant, the system 181 can also be used for drinking water analysis (pH/ORP) or within the process (conductivity).
