Remote Management Made Simple

Whoever thought of remotely managing digital and analogue data quickly faced problems in terms of compatibility, integrity and complexity.

Whether remote management is a complex process or not is not the question. The question is: How to make it simple, but not simpler?

With this rule in line of sight, Perax (France) has been developing accessible products for more than 35 years. International companies such as Veolia, Suez and Saur recognise Perax’s solutions as reliable and cost effective.

Since the 1970’s, the demand for remote management has expanded as networks have spread. The developing model of the P400XI followed this trend, allowing it to deal with large to small installations. This was made possible thanks to the ability of the P400XI to handle multiple communication protocols (Modbus RTU or TCP) in a completely adaptable way. As a result, cards can be added or retired depending on the need (up to 8 racks). Moreover, communication is made easy thanks to the native integration of the following list of ports: RS232/RS485, USB, TCP/IP (GSM or PSTN modem being on demand).

With a 32 bit Linux operating system, and a pre-installed web server, the P400XI is able to be integrated in an existing architecture. Additionally, a local display and/or alarms, and data transfer through SMS or mail, makes interaction with the end-user easy.

Another feature of this “way back machine” is its ability to store time stamped data, which is helpful when coupled with a battery for those who need safe measures and sound traceability.

Last but not least, Perax's long experience in WWTP, fisheries, pumping/lift stations and other complex networks allowed its engineering team to gain a broad understanding of various applications, to best suit your future needs.
