The Vector Instruments (UK) line of wind sensors have been a high quality, accurate, durable and reliable wind measurement solution since 1972, and having spent recent years

perfecting these wind sensors for the demanding accuracy, reliability and durability requirements of the Wind Energy industry, Windspeed Ltd are now bringing the benefits of these high-quality UK-engineered instruments back to the general meteorology/instrumentation market. These First Class wind instruments are Engineered to Perform and Built to Last.

With 40+ years experience designing and manufacturing wind sensors, and on-going development and improvement, these wind instruments are in use worldwide and have a proven track record and long life in the field.

The Vector Instruments A100L2 and W200P models are the basis of the UK Meteorological Office's current MK6 wind instrument set, and the A100/W200 instrument family is used in applications worldwide by Industry, Research and Weather Agencies. These robust instruments have provided users with good wind data throughout some of the most powerful typhoons & cyclones in recent years.

More than just wind sensors are available, and Windspeed Ltd are inviting users to challenge them to tailor sets of VECTOR wind/weather instruments to their application's specific needs.
