Stress free isokinetic sampling

Online Safety Services’ (OSS) XC-5000 AutoKinetic Series is designed for conducting isokinetic sampling conforming to European methods and standards. The XC-5000 Series takes the stress out of isokinetic sampling and removes human error from manual data entries and calculations and improves data integrity. The XC-5000 Series is compatible with all existing Method 5 stack sampling components and will improve their level of precision.

Report preparation is streamlined with accurate data downloadable to files for easy report preparation. A Windows-based interface guides the operator through the sampling process and the system will perform software assisted pre and post leak checks and calculate traverse points, ideal nozzle diameter, and isokinetic rate, as well as storing sampling profiles and data. Operators can also set alarms for when action is needed and they will be informed if the probe requires re-positioning.
