Restek’s recently launched four new multicomponent PFAS calibration certified reference materials (CRMs) cater for the most frequently analysed PFAS compounds, enabling users to select the formulation most suited to the ISO, EU, EN, EPA, DIN, ASTM, or in-house method they use. Two of these mixes are specifically formulated for EPA 533 and EPA 537.1 drinking water methods, users comply easily with method requirements whilst improving throughput at their lab.

These new multi-compound mix CRMs reduce complexity in the lab and minimise the potential of errors when making calibration mixes. The extremely stable 1 or 2 μg/mL concentrations provide the perfect solution for creating multipoint. 5-point minimum advised, calibration curves for LC analysis.

The standards are certified reference materials (CRMs), which have been manufactured and QC-tested in ISO-accredited laboratories. Extended shelf life is facilitated thanks to verified composition and stability; two independently produced lots from a single source eases the procurement process and ISO and quality program requirements are simplified significantly.
