Celebrating 25 years of CEM events, the Scientific committee of CEM The International Conference on Emissions Monitoring is looking for Papers and Posters. Please submit your abstract(s) by 31st March. The Committee is particularly looking for abstracts that are technically focused relating to Industry case studies, performance and validation data and studies including quality assurance and uncertainties, reference materials & their traceability, research activities, novel techniques, and discussions on results and data on the following topics.
• Current and Future Regulation
o The Regulator’s perspective
o The Industry’s Perspective
o The Supplier’s perspective
• Clean Energy Monitoring Challenges and Solutions including Biogenic Carbon Measurement, CCUS, Hydrogen, ammonia combustion, biomass combustion.
• Fence line Monitoring and measurement of fugitive/diffuse emissions - GHG and air pollutants
• The challenges of Non-Stationary Emission Monitoring (Aviation, Marine and Transport)
• Mercury
• Measuring species at low concentrations including size fractionated particulate matter and HCl, HF,SO3,CH4,N2O, CHOH, TOC
• Data handling, reporting and derived quantities - long term averages, mass emissions, emission factors.
• New pollutants, for example: PFAS, Nitrosamines, ultrafines, condensables, black carbon
