What you do is critical. Having the right tools to help you do your job is crucial.

Introducing the FLIR G-Series. Our innovative Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) cameras detect hydrocarbons, methane (CH4), and other Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions.

The G-Series empowers users to spend more time prioritizing leak repairs, and less time documenting them. These cameras are the ideal partner at multiple stages of the oil and gas supply chain, as well industrial, manufacturing, steel, and utility industries. What’s more the FLIR G and GF Series cameras’ ability to detect gases is not influenced by any calibration process and therefore will not degrade over time.

FLIR is proud to announce that our hydrocarbon detecting cameras including the Gx320, Gx620, G620, GFx320, GF320, GF620, GF300, and G300a, have been independently tested* and deemed compliant with the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on methane emissions reduction in the energy sector and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/942, Article 14 sensitivity standard for optical gas imaging equipment.

*Testing was performed by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), which confirmed the FLIR G and GF series optical gas imaging cameras for hydrocarbon, VOC and methane detection are capable of imaging and quantifying a Type 1 leak defined as a minimum detection limit and a minimum leak threshold of 17 g/hr.
