MCERTS certified emissions monitoring specialists give a helping hand with IED compliance
Mar 26 2019
Gasmet Technologies’ CMM, CEM IIe and DX4000 are MCERTS certified solutions (QAL1), designed to help customers meet and exceed the compliance requirements as set out in the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED), whilst maximising equipment availability and minimising operational costs.
The Gasmet Technologies CMM is used for continuous mercury measurement from hot, wet and corrosive gas streams and currently has the lowest certified range in the world (0-5 µg/m3).
The Gasmet Technologies CEMS IIe (stationary sources), DX4000 (transportable) combines the advantages of an FTIR (Fourier Transform Infra-Red) spectrometer performing sensitive and stable simultaneous measurement of up to 50 gaseous compounds within one minute. The CEMS IIe and DX4000 ensure highly accurate quantification of gas components with optional zirconia oxygen measurement and an optional FID (Flame Ionisation Detector) technology for TOC measurement.
All Gasmet FTIRs are supplied with their own industry leading software package Calcmet which provides visualisation, identification and quantification of gas components as it scans the infrared spectra, storing all measured values along with the measured sample spectra.
Calcmet provides added value allowing the stored sample spectra to be easily re-analysed at any time in the future for provenance of measurement, identification of previously unknown components which can be added to the measurement and determination of suitable measurement ranges changes to cover all process operating conditions. Changes to the setup can be performed by a Gasmet FTIR expert anywhere in the world without the need for return to the factory.
