New high performance sample gas cooler

Bühler Technologies, a leading manufacturer of high quality accessories and systems for the gas analysis, is introducing the PKE 52, a new series of high performance peltier coolers. Depending on the selected heat exchanger, the gas flow can go as high as 500l/h per single stream, or up to 2x 250 l/h per dual stream even under harsh ambient conditions.

Analogue to the well known PKE 5 series, the PKE 52 has a stainless steel housing which

accommodates the cooling block and the electronics. A digital display shows the actual

temperature of the cooling block. The unit is self checking and it provides status alarms which allow to integrate the controls for auxiliary equipment like peristaltic pumps and / or moisture detectors. Also, fine filters can be upgraded. This equipment is available preassembled ex works.

Depending on the application, a variation of heat exchangers in single or dual stream

configuration made from stainless steel, Duran glass or PVDF are available. A 115 or 230V 50/60 Hz power supply is required.
