At CEM 2016, on Stand 39, JCT Analysentechnik GmbH (Austria) will show its new compressor cooler series JCS-100 and the heated gas sampling probe JES-301.

Thanks to an entirely new sample gas heat exchanger design the JCS-100 sample gas coolers are powerful for both high flow rates and for high water vapour concentrations. They provide a highly accurate long-term stable outlet dew point even under changing loads. Depending on the application, customers may choose from different heat exchanger materials such as PVDF, Duran glass, stainless steel or corrosion-resistant coated aluminium.

The JCS-100 series can be supplied with integrated condensate pumps for reliable condensate disposal. An LED temperature display is standard and for safe operation the coolers are equipped with a temperature alarm contact. The integrated status contact can be used to turn off the sample gas pump in case of malfunction. Thus the gas analyser is protected against damage due to condensate at all times.

With the JES-301 product family JCT can provide gas sampling probes that comply with a whole range of process applications where continuous monitoring is required, even in hazardous areas.  The JES-301 series covers unheated, steam heated and electrically heated models for different temperatures. The wide range of options and accessories includes back purge port, calibration port, shut-off valve, sampling tubes and different filter types.
