Systech Instruments and Illinois Instruments Merger and Launch of New Website

Systech Instruments and Illinois Instruments, leading manufacturers of gas analysis instrumentation are pleased to announce their upcoming merger. Since 1985 the two companies have worked closely together and this imminent merger will be of mutual benefit to their customers, representatives and employees worldwide. This merger will allow joint resourcing and efficiency of Research & Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing and Servicing.

Bryan Cummings, Managing Director says, “The merger of Systech Illinois will reinforce the close working relationship of these two companies. We look forward to continuing to provide our customers with specialist help and support in gas analysis applications.”

In addition, to manufacturing operations in the UK and U.S, Systech Illinois have a sales and support facility in China and Thailand and over 100 dedicated representatives worldwide. The Systech Illinois range includes gas analyzers for process industries, gas flushing of food, and permeation applications including the testing of oxygen permeation in packaging
